At Options Residential, our goal is to help people achieve an independent lifestyle after suffering from trauma, brain injury, or another life event that has left them struggling and in need of a support network.
At Options Residential, Inc., we believe that to build a life that makes a person feel capable and confident, they need to work towards it with substantial support that doesn’t cripple their initiative. We strive to help our community members achieve their goals, learn how to live independently, and manage their own lives in a way they were unable to do before.
Rehabilitative Residential Services
Our residential services are rehabilitative. This means that our aim to support, teach, and help manage every individual’s needs is the prime objective. We work together, as a community, to help individuals reach their personal goals for independence.
Rehabilitation is the process of assisting a person in regaining the necessary abilities to live their life independently. At Options Residential, Inc. you will find staff who are specifically trained to help maintain and provide a rehabilitative environment. We use guided techniques to offer the best support available, and we also offer several different levels of care.
We provide more involved care and a highly supportive environment for individuals in need of significant structure and assistance. We also offer somewhat less intensive support for individuals who are actively headed towards an independent lifestyle, or may already be fairly independent but still require support and assistance from our staff.
We call our model “rehabilitative foster care.” When an individual is empowered and actively engaged in their life plan, they are better able to move forward and achieve their goals at a reliable pace. The role of Options Residential, Inc. is to be a guide during this portion of the person’s journey.
Our services are comprehensive. We work with individuals who have dealt with addiction, as well as those who have suffered from brain injuries and are trying to get their lives back on track. We are here to guide individuals towards building long-term plans, learn life skills, and care for their own needs.
If they need, we also help direct persons towards collaborative rehabilitation programs and treatment programs to help where we can’t. We work with individuals who are struggling with their mental health and may benefit from several types of treatment, as well as our residential rehab community.
